Friday Box Office: Kai Po Che

For all the movie buffs, there is much to cheer this weekend as one can watch ‘Kai Po Che.’

The film is produced by UTV Motion Pictures and directed by Abhishek Kapoor, who had earlier written and directed the award winning movie ‘Rock On.’ The film is based on Chetan Bhgat’s novel 'The 3 Mistakes of My Life' and revolves around the trials and tribulations of three close friends living in Ahmedabad in the early 2000’s.

The movie had earlier premiered at the 63rd Berlin International Film Festival, where it received positive reviews and was the first ever Indian film to feature in the World Panorama section.

Kai Po Che! marks the big screen debut of TV actor Sushant Singh Rajput, and also stars Amit Sadh, Rajkumar Yadav and Amrita Puri. Former cricketer, Ajay Jadeja also plays a cameo in the film.
