Nikhil Gandhi appointed business head of UTV's soon to be launched channel UTV Stars

As UTV gears up for the launch its new Bollywood entertainment channel called UTV Stars, Nikhil Gandhi has been appointed business head of the channel.

Gandhi was previously business head of UTV Bindass. In his new role, his key responsibilities are to ensure the successful launch of the new brand, and its sustenance and profitability.

He has also worked with Zoom Television, MTV (Viacom 18) and Times Response (Times Group) in the past.

Commenting on Gandhi's appointment, MK Anand, chief executive officer, UTV Broadcasting, said, “With Nikhil’s understanding of the youth genre and his very dependable execution skills, we are confident that UTV Stars is in very capable hands.”
