Nykaa appoints Sukhleen Aneja to lead Kay Beauty’s international expansion

Nykaa, the Indian beauty and fashion retailer, has announced the appointment of Sukhleen Aneja as senior vice president and business head for Kay Beauty, its celebrity beauty brand created in partnership with actress Katrina Kaif.

In her new role, Aneja will drive international growth for Kay Beauty—also overseeing Nyveda, an Ayurveda-based brand, and provide strategic guidance for several emerging wellness and personal care brands under Nykaa.

With over 20 years of experience across global companies such as Unilever, L’Oréal, and Reckitt Benckiser, and most recently as CEO of brands at Good Glamm, Aneja brings significant expertise in scaling brands, driving innovation, and transforming businesses. Aneja was also on Campaign Asia's Power List of CMOs in 2021.

Since its launch in 2019, Kay Beauty grown to a reported INR 150 crore in annual sales, with a community of 1.5 million on Instagram.
