FCB/SIX India has recently elevated several senior leaders as part of its strategic approach to drive expansion and enhance its service portfolio. The appointments come in response to the agency’s rapid growth in the data-driven media and customer experience sectors and reflect its focus on an integrated approach to brand solutions in the Indian market.

As part of these changes, Dhruv Shah has been promoted to senior vice president of customer experience (CX). In his new role, he will be responsible for spearheading the agency’s customer experience initiatives as it strengthens its CX offerings for brands seeking deeper engagement with their customers.

Meanwhile, Anmol Dang has been appointed vice president of media for the western region, tasked with overseeing media planning and execution, an area the agency sees as essential to its regional growth strategy. Additionally, Salman Shamsi steps into the position of associate vice president of brand reputation management, furthering FCB/SIX India’s commitment to robust brand image solutions.

These leadership changes align with FCB/SIX India’s ongoing growth trajectory and operational goals. Since its launch in 2023, the agency’s staff has tripled, now numbering approximately 170 team members, and its client base has expanded to include both domestic and international brands, such as Crompton, SBI, Polycab, Amazon, HDFC Bank, and Aditya Birla Capital. FCB/SIX India has also benefited from FCB Kinnect’s broader media and creative resources, allowing the agency to offer clients a more cohesive and data-oriented service model.

Ankit Banga, chief business officer of FCB Kinnect and FCB/SIX India, emphasised the value of the new appointments to the agency’s culture and growth. “Our identity is shaped by the people who drive us forward. Dhruv, Anmol, and Salman have each demonstrated remarkable leadership and dedication to both their clients and teams. With strong contributions already laying the groundwork, we have witnessed over 50% growth this year, and I believe this is just the beginning,” Banga noted.

Rohan Mehta, CEO of FCB Kinnect and FCB/SIX India, added, “FCB/SIX has been instrumental in achieving our growth targets by embodying our belief in integrated media and creative solutions. We’ve not only exceeded our growth expectations but also demonstrated our capabilities in combining media and technology. Campaigns such as the Cannes-winning ‘Lulumelon EOSS’ for HDFC Bank showcase our ability to merge creativity with data-driven media strategies.”

He expressed confidence in FCB/SIX India’s role as a leading player in India’s competitive advertising landscape, emphasising its distinctive approach to creativity and integration across media channels.

Earlier this year, FCB/SIX India made several other senior appointments to support its growth plans. In March, Chinmay Chandratre joined as senior vice president of media, overseeing media activities across the agency’s three key offices in Mumbai, Delhi NCR, and Bengaluru.

Soon after, Gagan Prabhakar was appointed as vice president of cx operations, where he will manage customer relationship management (CRM), web strategy, and content divisions. Arun Iyer, who has been named senior director of CRM, will focus on developing and implementing data-driven personalisation strategies and managing the CRM team’s role in creating omnichannel customer experiences for the agency’s clients.

FCB/SIX India is part of the Interpublic Group (IPG) and operates as a data-focused digital media, customer experience, and creative agency, helping brands build individualised customer experiences at scale. Its client list includes major Indian and global companies such as HDFC Bank, SBI, Amazon, TVS Motor Company, Tata Motors, Polycab, Bausch + Lomb, The Collective, SBI Cards, Asian Paints, and Vistara. By partnering with tech giants like Google, Meta, and Amazon, FCB/SIX India leverages a robust combination of data, technology, and creative resources to deliver comprehensive solutions to its clients.

The agency benefits from its association with FCB Kinnect, which adds full-funnel expertise to its portfolio. This partnership allows FCB/SIX India to integrate creativity into each media solution, producing results that aim to address a full spectrum of client needs from brand awareness to customer engagement.
