HUL renames Fair & Lovely as Glow & Lovely

Move follows the company's efforts to be more inclusive

Hindustan Unilever has announced Fair & Lovely has been rebranded as Glow & Lovely. The move follows the company's efforts to end all references to ‘whitening’, ‘lightening’ or ‘fairness’ from its products
 
The men's range has been renamed as Glow & Handsome.
 
According to a statement from HUL, over the next few months Glow & Lovely will be on the shelves, and future innovations will deliver on this new proposition.
 
While making the announcement of Unilever dropping whitening references from its brands Sunny Jain, president - beauty and personal care, had said that the company was working on the evolution of the Fair & Lovely brand that celebrates glowing and radiant skin, regardless of skin tone.
