Killer Jeans hands creative mandate to Makani Creatives
Killer Jeans, flagship brand of Kewal Kiran Clothing, has awarded its creative mandate to Makani Creatives. The mandate includes creative duties for the all categories consisting of jeans wear,  eyewear, innerwear and footwear.

The account was won in a multi-agency pitch.

Prior to this, Grey was handling the account and was appointed in 2010.

Sameer Makani, co-founder and MD, Makani Creatives, said, “We are very excited to partner such an iconic brand. The brand has indeed done some great work in the past and we look forward to carrying the legacy into the future with a fresh perspective.”

Hemant Jain of Kewal Kiran Clothing said, "We loved their thought process and approach towards creating a strong brand positioning. What really impressed us was their understanding of the business, pragmatic thinking and wide body creative approach. Amongst all the agencies that presented, Makanis won the pitch clearly on merit and their thought of brand way forward. We look forward to an exciting and fruitful partnership with them.”

The campaign would be rolled out in India, Asia, Africa and the Middle East. “This was borne in mind while working on the thought process for the flagship brand as it had to have a global appeal,” added Makani.
