Moves from Google
Shalini Poddar has joined Disney+ Hotstar as head of ad sales. She will be responsible for country ad sales revenue and strategy for the OTT platform.
Poddar moves from Google, where she was head of business development, Google Play Apps-India, South East Asia and Australia. She had joined Google in 2013.
She has also worked with Accenture, Kotak Mahindra Bank and Deutsche Bank.
Poddar updated her LinkedIn profile to reflect the move.
