Push Integrated bags Wrangler's creative duties

Wrangler India has awarded its creative duties and strategic communication development to Bangalore-based Push Integrated Communications. There was no formal pitch but the client had discussions with a couple agencies before zeroing in on Push. Maxus is the media agency. The ad spend is pegged in the region of Rs 5 to 6 crores.

Speaking about the win VA Shrikumar, MD and CEO, Push Integrated Communications, said, “Wrangler to us is much more than a business win. The iconic Wrangler patch in our credentials slides is truly a badge we love flaunting and above all, the opportunity to showcase our creative and strategic strengths. "Wrangler India is happy to partner with Push as our creative agency," said Anshul Chaturvedi, senior marketing manager, Wrangler India. He added "The team at Push is passionate and bring on board good category knowledge along with domain expertise. We hope to work closely with our new partner to create some engaging work for Wrangler in the Indian market”.

According to Shrikumar, the agency has already begun work on the brand. The media mix would comprise print and outdoor. Wrangler plans to focus on integrated marketing efforts and create visibility at the point of sale.
