Contract wins Anchor Electricals

Contract Advertising has bagged the creative mandate for Anchor Electricals following a multi-agency pitch. The incumbent creative and media agency is Art Advertising.
Ravi Deshpande, chairman and national creative director, Contract Advertising said, "We are thrilled to have Anchor in our portfolio. We take on the task of working on Anchor as a great opportunity. We believe that advertising is more important and not less important in the current times. And this situation is apt for unpredictable thinking ad ideation on brands. Thanks to our Grow young and unboxing tool kit and a method of working we would have looked like the most preferred agency."
MEW (owner of the National and Panasonic brands) acquired an 80% stake in Anchor Electricals India in 2007.
