Dabur Honey gets a new look

Dabur has unveiled a new contemporary look and revamped packaging for its honey brand, Dabur Honey. The new logo features a red eye that refers to the 'Eye of Good Health' and will feature on every product range of Dabur in a different colour.To further extend its brand equity, Dabur has released a compilation of honey-based recipes, titled ‘Big Bee’s Secret Honey Recipes.’ Amitabh Bachchan, after whom the book is titled, is the brand ambassador of Dabur Honey along with M S Dhoni.

Said K K Rajesh, executive vice president-marketing (healthcare), Dabur India, "Honey has, for ages, been the natural health food, providing you unbelievable amounts of energy and amazing fitness. Besides having lower calories than sugar, honey is also packed with natural vitamins, minerals, proteins and antioxidants. Today, we are giving this age-old health mantra a modern, contemporary look… a look that has been developed by international design firms."

The new look will be promoted through a print campaign that will be built around the Dabur Honey’s earlier positioning: "A healthier substitute to sugar."
