FCB/SIX India ropes in Gagan Prabhakar and Arun Iyer
 
FCB/SIX India has appointed Gagan Prabhakar as VP - CX operations and Arun Iyer as senior director – CRM, respectively.
 
In his new role at the agency, Prabhakar will lead CRM, web strategy, and content verticals. 
 
Iyer, on the other hand, will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of personalisation, data backed strategies, and managing the CRM team for delivering omnichannel customer experiences for FCB/SIX India’s clients. 
 
Prabhakar moves from Dhani Stocks, where he was general manager, marketing, whereas Iyer was lead strategy consultant at Mirum India. 
 
With over 17 years of experience, Prabhakar has also worked with HDFC Bank, and Indiabulls Group. Iyer comes with over a decade of experience and has been associated with companies like Mirum India and The Walt Disney Company. 
 
Hari Krishnan joins Quotient Ventures 
 
Former CEO of Mullen Lintas, Hari Krishnan has joined Quotient Ventures as group chief business officer, the Mumbai-based firm has announced.
 
Krishnan, together with Rajiv Chatterjee, group chief growth officer will lead business operations at the Tilt Brand Solutions and Vector Brand Solutions Group.
 
Hari Krishnan recently stepped down from his position as CEO of Mullen Lintas after four years. Prior to his most recent role, Krishnan held the position of president at Mullen Lowe Lintas in 2016. Additionally, he served as CEO of Mullenlowe Sri Lanka. He has been associated with Lintas Group for eighteen years, having joined it in 1997 as account manager of Lowe Lintas and Partners. Krishnan shared the news of his departure on LinkedIn
 
FCB Interface promotes Gaurav Dudeja to CEO
 
FCB Interface, part of FCB Group India, has announced Gaurav Dudeja's promotion to the position of chief executive officer of FCB Interface, effective immediately. He will drive strategic direction and execution, working closely with the agency's senior management team to enhance its market position and foster growth across all business operations.
 
In addition, the agency announced the retirement of Joemon Thaliath as vice chairman and CEO. 
 
Lavanya Wadgaonkar appointed Nissan corporate VP and chief communications officer
 
Nissan has appointed Lavanya Wadgaonkar as the new corporate vice president and chief communications officer. Wadgaonkar, currently the vice president at Nissan Global Communications, brings over 28 years of expertise in strategic communications and will play an integral role in driving Nissan’s forward-thinking business strategy. Wadgaonkar is the first Indian to be appointed the company's head of global communications. In this role, she will oversee all of Nissan’s communications activities in Japan and globally as Nissan launches The Arc, its new business plan to drive value and strengthen competitiveness. She will report to Makoto Uchida, president and CEO of Nissan.

LS Digital onboards Kaizzen as its PR and Communications Partner

LS Digital, a leading independent digital marketing transformation (DMT) company, has awarded its PR and communications mandate to Kaizzen, an integrated communications agency, following a multi-agency pitch. Kaizzen’s remit encompasses managing LS Digital's communication strategy, media relations, and corporate reputation. Through strategic initiatives and targeted campaigns, the agency aims to leverage its expertise to further strengthen LS Digital's presence in key markets and support the company’s ambitious growth plans.
