Wieden + Kennedy resigns GM business
Wieden + Kennedy is believed to have resigned the GM business it won last year. The agency handled Chevrolet Cruze, the soon-to-be-launched Chevrolet Beat and the company’s corporate account which it had won last year. Campaign India has learnt from reliable sources that the agency has given up the automobile major’s business. It is not known why the agency has resigned the account; Wieden + Kennedy refused to comment on the story when contacted. It is expected that the resigned accounts would be up for a pitch soon.
