Every now and then, when I have the time and the inclination, I teach. The classes I enjoy the most are on event management, where, for some inexplicable reason, there’s not enough in the form of text-books and reference material.Since it’s about events, I startle the class when I talk of the importance of listening to clients and making sure that you understood them well and, consequently, write a good, actionable brief.
