Rajnish Sahay appointed CEO, Percept Talent Management
Rajnish Sahay has been appointed as the chief executive officer of Percept Talent Management (PTM), effective July 2010. He was previously chief executive officer of Globosport Digital where he was responsible for providing a 360-degree approach to celebrity management which included the new media business portfolio. At Percept, Sahay will be in charge of all the three new business verticals: creating Intellectual Properties for talents, client servicing and acquiring and managing talents across all genres.
Anjana Sharma joins as VP, Percept Talent Management
Anjana Sharma has been roped in by Percept Talent Management (PTM) as their new vice president. In her new role, Sharma will be in charge of talent acquisition, planning and strategy and providing general and tactical direction for PTM. She joined PTM on the 6th of May, 2010.
Shailee Sanghvi appointed COO, Percept Talent Management
Soon after the exit of Vinita Bangard and Manish Porwal from Percept Talent Management's (PTM) leadership role, Percept has appointed Shailee Sanghvi (pictured) as the chief operating officer (COO). Prior to this, Shailee was the associate VP of PTM and has been with the Percept Group since January 2003. As AVP in PTM she handled the sales and marketing portfolio of corporates, as well as the celebrity management and relationship management portfolios.
Manish Porwal quits as CEO of Percept Talent Management
Manish Porwal, CEO, Percept Talent Management has quit. January 7, 2010 was his last day in the company. Porwal confirmed the development to Campaign India."Yes, I've quit, but I cannot share more details right now," he said. Porwal has spent exactly two years with the company, prior to which, he was with Starcom Mediavest Group.He will, however, continue to be associated with the company in an advisory role. Porwal's exit comes soon after Vinita Bangard, COO, Percept Talent Management put in her papers. Bangard is understood to be taking a break.
