Campaign for Dignity: And the shortlists are...

Shortlists for the first edition of the Campaign for Dignity print ad competition have been announced. 50 entries have made the cut. 

The jury met on 8 February 2014 in Mumbai to judge over 280 entries from India and Pakistan. The jury consisted of Abhijit Avasthi, NCD, Ogilvy & Mather; Amer Jaleel, NCD, Lowe Lintas and Partners; Ashish Chakravarty, NCD, Contract Advertising; Josy Paul, chairman and CCO, BBDO India; Raj Kamble, CCO, Strawberryfrog India; and Gokul Krishnamurthy, editor, Campaign India. 

The brief was to create a print ad that encourages and inspires people to treat the elderly with dignity. This is a joint initiative of Dignity Foundation and Campaign India. At least one member of the team entering the ad had to be under 30 years of age.

The awards night will be hosted on 1 March 2014, also in Mumbai.
