Adfest postponed due to coronavirus concerns

A new date hasn’t been confirmed, but organisers say it will be “later this year”.

Adfest postponed due to coronavirus concerns

Creative festival Adfest has postponed its annual festival in Pattaya, Thailand to “later this year” because of the coronavirus. The festival was initially slated to take place between 18 to 21 March.

An official statement reads: “It is a difficult decision, but it is our responsibility to consider the health and safety of our delegates as utmost important. We hope you understand the necessity of this action and we look forward to our next reunion.”

Given the recent concerns around the coronavirus outbreak, many event organisers are reconsidering or rescheduling business events in the interests of safety and increasing travel restrictions throughout Asia.

The non-profit regional creative festival has been running since 1998. See last year's winners here
