Ruchita Sharma joins GJEPC 
 
Ruchita Sharma has joined the Gem & Jewellery Export Promotion Council as executive director for promotions, marketing and business development. In a career spanning 20 years she has worked with Swarovski, Salvatore Ferragamo, Oberoi Hotels and Resorts and Taj Hotels Palaces and Resorts previously. 
 
Kaizzen Communications bags Poker Sports League's PR mandate 
 
Kaizzen Communications has bagged the PR mandate for Poker Sports League's second season. The Poker Sports League is a franchise based poker league. 
 
HIL partners with CSK
 
HIL, a building material company, has announced its partership with with Chennai Super Kings (CSK).  The partnership will see CSK players’ uniforms carrying the HIL company logo and its brands Birla Aerocon and Charminar.
 
Parle Agro appoints Allu Arjun
 
Parle Agro has appointed Allu Arjun as the face of Frooti for South India. The Tollywood actor will be Frooti’s first brand ambassador for this region. A 360 degree campaign conceptualised by Sagmesiter & Walsh featuring Allu will be rolled out later this year.
 
Protinex gets Prithvi Shaw as brand ambassador
 
Danone has roped in India’s U-19 cricket captain, Prithvi Shaw, as the brand ambassador for its protein brand, Protinex. Shaw will be the face of Protinex for the next five years. 
 
Frshly appoints The Link
 
Frshly has assigned its creative mandate to The Links as the lead creative agency for branding and content. Frshly is an ecosystem whereby customers have access to a collaborative platform of food providers. The company provides food from local restaurant chains in four cities: Chennai, Bengaluru, Secunderabad and Aurangabad.
