Keertan Adyanthaya joins Fox International Channels as MD
Fox International Channels has appointed Keertan Adyanthaya as the new managing director for Fox International Channels India. Adyanthaya comes from STAR India, where he was general manager and executive vice president, STAR World and STAR Movies.Starting April, Adyanthaya will be in charge of all existing Fox International Channels in India including its existing brands like National Geographic Channel, Fox History and Entertainment as well as its upcoming ones like Baby TV, Nat Geo Wild, Nat Geo Adventure, Nat Geo Music and National Geographic Channel HD.

Vh1 gets racier US version of Big Boss to India
Vh1 will soon be airing the international version of the recently concluded reality show Big Boss to India. The US edition of the reality show Big Brother features 16 house guests competing for a cash prize of $5,00,000.The US edition of the show is expected to be far racier than the Indian version (Big Boss) which aired on Viacom18’s general entertainment channel Colors. In the US version, the house guests are paired for various chores, and even share a bed. Unlike in the Indian edition though, the house guests eliminate themselves.
W+K India makes a music video out of Navigator jingle
Wieden + Kennedy India has found a novel way to extend the appeal of a jingle it used for Nokia's Navigator Phone. V Sunil, W+K's ECD, in collaboration with the international photographer, Bharat Sikka has produced a music video using the track that was put together by a Delhi-based electronic group, Jalebee Cartel.

Viacom 18’s entertainment channel for children, Nick, has announced its global movement in India, ‘Let’s Just Play’. The initiative aims to target children and their parents, to impart the importance of outdoor play and physical activity among children, with Roz Kheloge Toh Life Mein Jeetoge, as its slogan. Nick India has partnered with Boost, the health drink, for this movement.
