Campaign India Film Crest Awards 2023: Good Morning Films bags top honours

The production house bagged a Grand Prix, and seven Gold wins; other Gold winners included Corcoise Films (three), Bang Bang Films (two), Loud Mouth Films (two), Kitchen.Video (two), Cutawayy Films, Equinox Films, Jamic Films and Qisse Films

Campaign India Film Crest Awards 2023: Good Morning Films bags top honours
Good Morning Films won the ‘production house of the year’ title at the first edition of the Campaign India Film Crest Awards. Winners were announced on 27 July through an event in Mumbai.
 
Good Morning Films won a Grand Prix, seven Gold, two Silver and four Bronze metals. The Grand Prix came in the ‘Casting and Performance’ category for Hindustan Times’ ‘Motherhood’ film. The entry also won Gold in the ‘Production Design/Art Direction’ category. Other Gold wins included two for Coke Studio Bharat (Original Score – Jingle and Production Design/Art Direction), Bournvita’s ‘The Boy Who Failed’ (Casting and Performance) and Project Nanhi Kali’s ‘The Tale of Two Lajjos’ (Casting and Performance). The team of Shashanka Chaturvedi (Director) Robin D'cruz and Vikram Kalra (Producers) bagged a Gold each in the ‘People’ category for best films in the ‘Banking, Insurance and Agriculture’ category and ‘Lifestyle’ category.
 
Corcoise Films finished second among the production house tally with a total of five wins, three of which were Gold. Its film for Sprite titled ‘ATM’ won Gold in the ‘Casting & Performance’ category. There were two Gold wins in the ‘People’ category as the team of Vishesh Krishnamoorthy, (Director) Cyrus Pagdiwala (Executive Producer) and Bhavin Gajria (Producer) won best film in the ‘Automotive’ category for Ashok Leyland’s ‘Truck’, and in the E-commerce category for Myntra’s ‘BFF’.
 
Bang Bang Films also finished second in terms of points, with two Gold, three Silver and a Bronze win. The Gold wins were in the ‘People’ category for Ryan Mendonca (Director) and Roopak Singh Saluja (Producer) for ‘Best Film – FMCG (Ustraa – Bring out the Swag)’ and ‘Best Film – Food & Beverages’ (Cadbury Gems – Opera).
 
LoudMouth Films was next on the list with two Gold, two Silver and a Bronze. All the wins came for Zee5’s ‘Blurr music video for Nishana’.
 
Kitchen.Video also bagged two Gold wins for Britannia Pure Magic’s ‘Meditation’ film in the ‘Grading’ and ‘Visual Effects/CGI’ categories. The production house also won a Bronze and Silver each.
 
Cutawayy Films, Equinox Films, Jamic Films and Qisse Films bagged a Gold each.
 
Cutawayy Films’ Monica G Gambhir (Director) and Gaurrav Dhar (Producer) bagged Gold for ‘Best Film in the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical’ for Tata Trusts’ ‘Kaise Ka Cancer’.
 
Equinox Films’ Deb Medhekar (Director) and Manoj Shroff (Producer) won Gold for ‘Best Film in the Animation’ category for Infosys’ ‘Pride’ film. 
 
Jamic Films’ Shirish Daiya (Director) Mekala Krishnaswamy and Akshay Uchil (Producers) won Gold in the ‘Best Film – Household’ category for Asian Paints’ ‘Wedding’ film. 
 
Qisse Films’ Luv Kalla (Director) and Richa Maheshwari (Producer) won Gold in the ‘Best Film Education - Including EdTech’ category for Scaler’s ‘The Heist’.
 
Campaign India partnered with ASAP (Association of Advertising Producers) and Joshua Tree Films for the first edition of the awards.
