Grindr, the gay dating app, was the most-used app across three locations at this year's Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity

The app was the most-used app from mobile devices in the Gutter Bar and whole conference area, according to analysis of web traffic by BlisMedia.

The app was also the most-used at Campaign's Beach Party on Wednesday 19 June.

Dating apps in the top ten accounted for 14,473 impressions at the event between 16 and 20 June, while gaming apps racked up around 2,369, according to the analysis.

Radio apps and music app Shazam were also featured prominently in the top ten listings, while an alarm clock app, Alarm Clock+, gained its only top-ten ranking (sixth most-used) in The Gutter Bar.
