Initiative India has appointed R Venkatasubramanian and Vishnu Sharma as senior vice presidents at its Delhi office.

While Venkatasubramanian will oversee investments and sports, Vishnu will be in charge of strategy and insights for clients in Delhi.

This is Venkatasubramanian's second stint at Initiative; he had earlier worked with Lintas Media Group for almost a decade, before moving to Maxus and MPG. Sharma's previous role was that of national head of sales strategy and business analytics at HT Media.

"These key appointment will help take Initiative into a superior level of delivering business and media solutions for clients. I look forward to welcoming Venkat and Vishnu as part of my leadership team for this agency," said Manas Mishra, the newly appointed president of the agency.
