McCann Worldgroup TAG Ideation bags creative duties for Blackberrys

MWG TAG Ideation, the creative agency of McCann Worldgroup in India, has been awarded the creative mandate for the apparel brand Blackberrys following a multi-agency pitch process. It is understood that after two months of presentations, the Autumn-Winter Collection assignment was awarded to MWG TAG team.

Confirming the development, Yogesh Tiwari, vice president, marketing and sales, Blackberrys said “Blackberrys, is amongst the top 3-4 brands in fashion and refined formal menswear and has aggressive plans for a quantum jump. We have a new marketing plan and strategy in place for our branding. We see MWG TAG Ideation as strong partners with huge creative potential which will help us further strengthen our new brand imagery.”

Himanshu Saxena, vice president and general manager, MWG TAG Ideation added, "We saw an enormous potential in the brand Blackberrys. The compelling brand and business ambition defined by the Blackberry team was quite infectious for us."
