Publicis Worldwide has promoted its chief operating officer Richard Pinder to sole leadership of the Publicis global network with immediate effect. In this new role, Pinder (pictured) will report to Maurice Levy, CEO and chairman of the Publicis Group. Pinder was appointed COO of Publicis Worldwide in October 2006 and has been part of Publicis Groupe since its acquisition of Bcom3 in 2002.
Pinder's career in advertising spans across 20 years. His experience ranges across different sectors of advertising and communications industry. He has overseen national, multinational and global clients and has worked in Asia and Europe.
Recently, Publicis Worldwide also elevated Oliveer Fleurot, executive chairman to the post of CEO, corporate communications, event management, PR and media activities.
