Rediffusion launches a knowledge website ICYMI
Rediffusion has launched a website called ICYMI (In Case You Missed It) to keep young adlanders and marketers informed about the latest in the world of technology, innovation and creativity.

Of the 30 domains proposed for the site, ten are currently active and the rest will be populated throughout the next couple of weeks.

The website will run under The Rediffusion Consumer Laboratory, the agency’s dedicated team launched in May, 2021, devoted to tracking and understanding emerging consumer trends.

Sandeep Goyal, managing director, Rediffusion, said, “We felt that there is much demand for constant up-dation on new frontiers in hi-tech that are beginning to impact our everyday thinking, and every domain of our work. There is much information available on the internet but you need lots of time to search for stuff that is relevant and useful. So we decided to scan, sift, collate and curate the best on the net into a knowledge website that you can visit often to catch-up on all that is new and exciting.”

ICYMI will update relevant articles every hour and will comprise information on domains like artificial intelligence, digital advertising, augmented and virtual reality, quantum computing and gene editing, to name a few.

Diwan Arun Nanda, chairman, Rediffusion, said, “Advertising as a business is now increasingly connected to new and emerging technologies that are developing at an astonishing pace. To keep current with this fast expanding universe of innovation and knowledge that is as much hi-tech as it is hi-touch, ICYMI will come in very handy to professionals not just in marketing and media, but across all functions in organisations that are impacted by change.”

Some of the other domains covered by the website include:
  • Blockchain
  • Digital twin
  • Machine learning
  •  Natural language processing
  • 3D printing
  • Computer vision
  • Driverless cars
  • Speech recognition
  • Face recognition
  • Entertainment and gaming
  • Fintech and crypto
  • E-commerce
  • Electric vehicles
  • Pharma and medicine
  • Biometrics
  • Deep learning
  • Artificial neural networks
  • Distributed ledger
  • Hyper loop
The ‘catch-up for knowledge’ website is now live at www.icymi.in.
