Rediffusion Y&R brings in Manish Ajgaonkar as creative head

Rediffusion Y&R has roped in Manish Ajgaonkar as creative head for its Mumbai office. Prior to this he was with Contract Advertising.

Ajgaonkar has over 14 years of experience, having worked with agencies like JWT, Publicis Ambience, Saatchi & Saatchi and Percept H on brands such as Pepsi, Close-up, Westside, GM, Essar, Pantaloons, Canon, Samsonite and HSBC amongst others.

Commenting on Ajgaonkar's appointment, Neville Medhora, vice president, Rediffusion Y&R, said, “Manish has done some fantastic work in his previous avatars and brings on board cutting edge ideas and a strong work ethic. I believe that will translate into great work for our clients here.”

N. Padmakumar, added, “Manish has been a talent I’ve been tracking for a while now, and he brings with him an amazing ability to ideate as well as craft ideas into works of art. His coming in adds tons of possibilities for Rediffusion in the days ahead. And someone to look up to and learn from, for the younger lot.”

On his role at Rediffusion, Ajgaonkar, Creative Head, Rediffusion Mumbai, said,  “At Rediffusion Y&R, I will be handling an interesting array of brands and clients and am eagerly looking forward to it. I am confident of bringing my rich experience to the current portfolio that I will be handling here.”
