He said, “Rediffusion has been home from the first day I stepped in for an interview. Four years later, it continues to be the same. The vibe has always been friendly, generous and open-minded – perfect for a planner to thrive in. It’s a privilege to lead the line. What makes it better is to have an incredible mentor like Navonil, hungry creative, experienced account managers and a wonderful team of young planners. Looking forward to partnering our clients in owning bigger, sharper and smarter ideas.”

Dhunji S Wadia, president, Rediffusion Y&R, said, "Spandan has an incredible ability to identify the core of a challenge and find several unpredictable and unique solutions that work. A man of many talents, Spandan inspires insightful and provocative creative – that’s why he is a wonderful strategic planning person.
