Warc Asian Strategy Prize: 11 shortlists from India

Thirty campaigns from nine markets have found their way onto the shortlist for the 2019 WARC Prize for Asian Strategy (see complete list below).

Indian agencies lead the way with the most campaigns shortlisted (11), followed by China (6), Malaysia (3), Singapore (3), Indonesia (2), Pakistan (2), Hong Kong (1), Philippines (1) and Taiwan (1). Agency networks boasting multiple shortlisted entries include BBDO, DDB, Ensemble, McCann, Mindshare, Ogilvy and TBWA.

The winners will be announced in early November. The award, now in its ninth year, is being judged by a panel of 25 client- and agency-side experts led by Frederique Covington, SVP and head of marketing and cross border for Asia Pacific at Visa. The winners of the top award-winning papers will share a US$10,000 prize fund.
