Future Generali urges people to #CoverTheDistance during lockdown

Watch the film conceptualised by WYP Brand Solutions here

Future Generali India Insurance Company has asked consumers to use the social distancing period in the country to #CoverTheDistance.

Conceptualised by What's Your Problem Brand Solutions, the film encourages people to use this time to connect family and friends. It shows various relationships and urges viewers to connect with each other, whether it's with loved ones at home or with friends through a call.

Ruchika Varma, CMO, Future Generali India Insurance said, “We live in extraordinary times. While we all know that social distancing is the best way to beat this pandemic, the truth is that social distancing is tough. We are very clear that our job in these tough times is to support our customers, and the best way to do that is to show them the positives of social distancing amongst the plethora of negativity.#CoverTheDistance is about looking at the bright side of this situation, and to focus on what truly matters - our relationships”

Amit Akali, managing partner and CCO, What’s Your Problem (WYP) Brand Solutions, said, “The lockdown and the uncertainty around us has made all of us reflect on what is really important to each of us and get our priorities right. When we came up with the thought, we realised that these times were actually a great opportunity to spend time with our loved ones, be it physically at home or through regular video calls, etc.”
