Mankind uses AI, Anushka Sharma in Cadbury-SRK style

Watch the film here

Mankind Pharma has released a campaign featuring Anushka Sharma for Prega News. The campaign uses AI to get Sharma to thank local chemists.

Through this, Prega News wants to target pharmacies and essential retail partners who contribute to boosting the visibility and sales of pregnancy detection kits among consumers. AI has been used to create a personalised connection with the chemists. The campaign was conceptualised by Wunderman Thompson.

This follows Cadbury's AI film #NotJustACadburyAd from 2021, which was conceptualised by Ogilvy and featured Shah Rukh Khan. In that film Khan and Cadbury looked to promote local retailers that suffered during the pandemic.

Joy Chatterjee, associate vice president, sales and marketing, Mankind Consumer Healthcare Division, said, "We are immensely proud of the success of our landmark AI campaign for Prega News. This innovative initiative has not only strengthened our bond with our valued retail partners but has also enabled us to touch the lives of countless consumers across the nation. At Mankind Pharma, we remain committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology to drive positive change in the healthcare industry and empower our customers with trusted solutions."
