Pankaj Tripathi asks kirana store owners to open their doors to profit by using Udaan

Watch the film conceptualised by McCann Worldgroup India

Udaan.com, an app aimed to help local grocery store owners stock up on supplies daily, has launched a new TV-led ad campaign. Titled ‘Kholo munafe ka shutter’ (open your doors to profit), the brand is looking to help more kirana store owners go digital when it comes to their stocks.

The film has been conceptualised by McCann Worldgroup India and shows one such shop owner wonder what’s going on in his neighbouring store as he spots Udaan’s personnel arriving with several boxes of supplies. As he wonders why the other owner orders fresh stocks every day, the latter takes him through Udaan’s benefits.

Sambit Mohanty, creative head - McCann South, said, "Technology is like magic. And the technology behind the Udaan App makes it possible for millions of shop owners and retailers to do business with extraordinary ease. Helping them grow it and be more profitable. This is the magic our film depicts."
