Supertails Swag sale: A mic-dropping face-off between cats and dogs

The highlight of this campaign is a brand film featuring a rap battle between a dog and cat, which Supertails’ in-house team created in association with Green Chutney Films.

Supertails is back with its annual Swag Sale, featuring a lineup of partnerships with more than 150 brands. To further amplify the campaign, the pet-care app has teamed up with over 100 influencers in this niche sector, to gain maximum reach and engagement across various digital platforms.

The highlight of the campaign is a brand film, created by Supertails’ in-house team in collaboration with Green Chutney Films, which will be showcased across YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook. It brings a playful twist to the timeless rivalry between cat lovers and dog lovers, featuring a rap battle where dogs and cats take centre stage to settle the score themselves.

Reflecting on the previous year's success, the Swag Sale campaign achieved remarkable results, including a 40% increase in direct traffic, over 12 million views, and a 20% rise in brand search volumes. As India’s pet care market continues to expand at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of over 25%, driven by millennials and Gen Z's growing demand for a comprehensive pet care ecosystem, Supertails is optimistic about achieving even greater milestones this year.

The company’s founders Varun Sadana, Aman Tekriwal, and Vineet Khanna have expressed their enthusiasm for this year's campaign. “As we gear up for our annual Swag Sale, our commitment to building a close-knit community of pet parents in India remains stronger than ever. At Supertails, we thrive on the love and trust of our customers, and this campaign is a testament to that,” said Sadana.

The Swag campaign aims to push creative boundaries, delivering fresh and engaging experiences that resonate deeply with pet lovers. “Our vision is to create a one-stop platform that caters to all the needs of pet parents, ensuring they have everything they need to care for their furry family members—be it a dog, a cat, or even a turtle,” added Tekriwal.

Campaign’s take: Supertails latest Swag campaign is an entertaining showstopper, where the age-old feud between cat lovers and dog lovers gets a lyrical twist. Picture this: a rap battle where cats and dogs finally grab the mic to settle who’s top dog—or cat. It’s not just a clever ad; it’s a paws-on, fur-flying musical showdown that’s set to have pet parents everywhere cheering for their favourite furball.

This year's campaign taps right into the heart of what pet enthusiasts love most—showing off their pets in the most creative ways possible. Let’s face it, in a world where our four-legged friends have their own social media accounts, a rap battle feels like the next logical step.

Supertails knows that pets are more than just animals; they’re family to a growing number of people. This campaign doesn't just talk the talk; it walks the walk, celebrating that unique bond between pets and their humans with style, rhythm, and a lot of wagging tails.

By blending creativity, innovation, and a dash of humour, Supertails is hitting all the right notes. This Swag Sale isn’t just about selling pet care products; it’s about creating moments of joy that pet parents can share with their fur babies. Whether you're a dog person, a cat person, or somewhere in between, this campaign is bound to strike a chord, reminding us all why our pets are the real stars of the show.
