Tata Docomo has rolled out a new campaign around the theme ‘Never leave speed to luck’. As part of the campaign, Draftfcb-Ulka has created two films.

One of the films features two men dressed in office wear inside an ATM booth. One of them is a robber, who threatens the other with a knife and asks him for Rs 25,000. The other man submits in fear. To the roberer's utter dismay, the ATM machine doesn't have adequate cash and the robber’s plans go awry. The voice over suggest that though luck saved this man at once, no one gets lucky all the time. Therefore, when it comes to mobile internet speed, one should trust Tata Docomo.

The other film shows a young boy playing with a nunchaku, showing off his skills on one end of a college playground. A set of girls lounging on the other end are shown dissing the boy's ‘show off’. Suddenly, the boy loses grip over the nunchaku and it accidently hurls up in the air. It looks like it will hit one of the girls but it ends up blocking a ball coming their way and saves them instead of hurting them. Another instance where luck saves the day.

KS Chakravarthy, national creative director, Draftfcb-Ulka, said, "The creative idea highlights real life situations where a brilliant stroke of luck saves the day for someone. The point being that while luck works sometimes, for real high speed internet, you need more than luck – you need Tata Docomo’s powerful network that keeps you always connected, everywhere."
