Ad Stars 2021: Taproot Dentsu bags Gold for Facebook's 'Pooja Didi'

Ogilvy is the most awarded Indian agency

Taproot Dentsu was the only Indian agency to bag Gold as winners of the 2021 edition of Ad Stars were announced.
 
The agency struck Gold in the 'Film' category for its 'Pooja Didi' entry for Facebook. The same entry also bagged two Silver and three Crystal wins. 
 
Ogilvy, the only other Indian agency to win at the awards, bagged a total of 10 metals. The tally consisted of two Silver, five Bronze and three Crystals. 
 
The agency won a Silver and two Bronze for 'The Artist' entry for ITC Savlon. The Silver win was in the 'PSA - Healthcare' category while the Bronze wins came in the 'Film' and 'Video Stars - Non Branded Video' categories.  
 
The other Silver was for Bajaj Auto's 'Pulsar Design Font' in the 'Design' category. 
 
The agency's entry 'Not Just a Cadbury Ad' for Mondelez India won a Bronze in two categories - 'Mobile' and 'Use of Data'.
 
Ogilvy India's other Bronze was for Dove's 'Stop The Beauty Test' in the 'PSA - Gender Equality' category.
