In both Sonal and Pat, I found a shared passion and vision to create great work and I am confident that it will be a successful partnership. Bates141 has a good  portfolio of clients, on which we can up the creative ante immediately."

We are putting great work at the centre of everything we do. Sagar's passion and his hunger for great ideas will be critical in helping realise this vision.

He along with Sonal, both precocious talents,  will help shape and grow our creative talent pool and our product. Besides bringing in one of India's first Cannes Gold, Sagar has some great campaigns on a variety of brands under his belt and I have no doubt he will help in taking Bates 141 to newer heights."
