India opened day one of the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity in style as dentsu Webchutney and VMLY&R bagged a Grand Prix each.
dentsu Webchutney's Grand Prix win came for Vice Media's 'The Unfiltered History Tour' in the Radio and Audio Lions category. The entry also won a Silver and two Bronze Lions in the same category.
VMLY&R picked up its Grand Prix for 'The Killer Pack' for Maxx Flash Mosquito Repellent in the Health and Wellness category. The agency also won Silver for Adeli Unipads' 'Reusable Sanitary Pads' in the category.
Leo Burnett was also among the winners as it won Silver for P&G Whisper's 'The Missing Chapter' in the Health and Wellness category.
Winners were also announced in the Outdoor, Pharma, and Print & Publishing categories. There were no Indian winners here.
