Chhavi Bhargava elevated as MD – India, Sri Lanka at TNS

Chhavi Bhargava elevated as MD – India, Sri Lanka at TNS
Global research consultancy TNS has promoted Chhavi Bhargava to the role of managing director, India and Sri Lanka.
 
Bhargava, who joined TNS in 2008, is currently MD, North India. She will report to Raghavan Srinivasan, chairman, TNS India. The elevation is effective January 2014. 
 
On the development, Srinivasan said, "Chhavi has a deep understanding of the Indian market and the needs of our clients. She has tremendous passion and energy and has demonstrated true leadership skills that I am confident will support the growth of our business in India and Sri Lanka."
 
Prior to joining TNS, Bhargava has worked with Millward Brown and IMRB.
 
On her new role, Bhargava said, "I am incredibly excited by this opportunity to lead the next period of growth for TNS in India. We have an outstanding team of highly committed people, who I believe are well placed to deliver our future success."
