The organisers of the D&AD Awards have announced shortlists for the 2023 edition.
Indian agencies have got a total of 30 shortlists with Leo Burnett leading the pack with 11.
Eight of Leo Burnett's shortlists come for Whisper's 'The Missing Chapter'. The agency has two shortlists for Airtel's '175 Replayed' and one for Oreo's '#BringBack2011'.
VMLY&R has a total of six shortlists, five of which are for Hindustan Unilever's 'Smart Fill'. The other shortlist is for Unipads' 'Adeli'.
McCann and Ogilvy have three shortlists each. McCann's shortlists come for Ujjivan Small Finance Bank's 'Shagun Ka Lifafa'. Ogilvy has two shortlists for Dove's '#StopTheBeautyTest' and one for JSW's 'Steel All Around Us' which has also been entered by Studio Eeksaurus.
Chrome Pictures, DDB Mudra and L&K Saatchi & Saatchi have earned two shortlists each. Chrome Pictures earned a shortlist each for Dove's '#StopTheBeautyTest' and Truecaller's 'Buri Nazar Wale Tera Call Laal'.
DDB Mudra's shortlists are for the entry titled 'A Silent Frown' for Charlie Chaplin Museum Foundation.
L&K Saatchi & Saatchi's 'Indian Stretchable Time' entry for Zepto also has two shortlists.
Bang Bang has a shortlist for Nobel Hygiene's 'The Boat'.
Winners will be announced across two ceremonies on 24 and 25 May.
