L&K Saatchi & Saatchi has announced the appointment of Disha Pinge to its planning team as vice president.

Pinge will be based in Mumbai and report to Snehasis Bose, executive director - planning. Prior to the appointment Pinge was working as an independent brand consultant.

Bose said, “In light of the significant wins L&K | Saatchi & Saatchi has made in the last few months, I was looking for an above-the-usual planning lead. And Disha with her inherent work-style of owning the client’s business (at times as much as the client!), stood out unequivocally!”

Pinge said, “In the last couple of years, an overwhelming majority of the campaigns I've loved, have been from L&K | Saatchi & Saatchi - strategically sound and creatively delightful work that's a rarity today. It's a great mix of challenging brands and I can't wait to sink my teeth in!"

She has also had stints with Publicis India, Leo Burnett and Creativeland Asia.
