Karan Shroff named partner at Unacademy

Will continue to lead marketing efforts at the edtech player

Unacademy has announced that its chief marketing officer Karan Shroff has been appointed as partner at the company. 
 
In his new role, Shroff will continue leading the company's marketing efforts.
 
Gaurav Munjal, co-founder and CEO, Unacademy Group, said, "A partner is a leader who emulates all the characteristics of a co-founder, and in that essence a partner is a co-founder of today."
 
Shroff joined Unacademy in 2019 as vice president - marketing. He was elevated as chief marketing officer in September 2020. Prior to Unacademy, Shroff led brand marketing at Xiaomi India.
