Karan Shroff elevated as CMO at Unacademy

Unacademy has announced the elevation of Karan Shroff as chief marketing officer. Shroff was vice president - marketing prior. 
 
Shroff joined Unacademy in 2019 from Xiaomi where he led brand marketing. 
 
According to a statement from the edtech platform, Unacademy’s subscriber base has grown 100% largely due to the marketing efforts undertaken by Shroff and the team. 
 
He has also worked with Herbalife, Bertelsmann, Wizcraft and Pixies Events.
