Win follows multi-agency pitch; account will be handled by the agency's Gurgaon office

MEC wins GoDaddy's media duties

MEC India has announced that it has won the media mandate for GoDaddy, a technology provider dedicated to small businesses, following a multi-agency pitch.

The account is being handled by the aegency's Gurgaon office.

GoDaddy claims to have over 12 million customers globally, managing more than 57 million domains. It has identified India as a priority market for global expansion, informed an MEC India statement.

Roopam Garg, head - MEC North, said, “We are delighted to have the opportunity to partner GoDaddy on their exciting journey. GoDaddy is all about empowering people in their quest for success and we are happy to play a small role in this great endeavour.”

The company recently launched a campaign featuring Mithun Chakraborty as brand ambassador.
