Narendra Modi, Virat Kohli and Rahul Gandhi lead Twitter engagement in India: Report

Social media analytics firm Twitteet released its analytics for January 2021

Analytics platform Twitteet has released its findings for January 2021 which reveal Twitter rankings in terms of engagements of celebrities across India.
 
Topping the list in January 2021 again is Prime Minister Narendra Modi with 80,29,733 Twitter engagements.
 
Virat Kohli is second on the list with 26,24,935 engagements, followed by Rahul Gandhi with 25,96,892.
 
Among Bollywood actors, Sonu Sood leads the list with an engagement of 14,26,286. Akshay Kumar and Anupam Kher complete the top three. Disha Patani (number six overall) was the leading female actor on the list. 
 
 
Google's Sundar Pichai tops the business leaders list followed by Anand Mahindra. Pichai was ranked tenth among the business leaders in October.
 
 
Among cricketers, Virender Sehwag was ranked second behind Kohli. Sachin Tendulkar was ranked third.
 
 
Among non-cricket sports stars, Vijender Singh continued to top the engagement list. He's followed by Saina Nehwal and Manu Bhaker.
 
 
 
In the politicans list, Yogi Adityanath followed Narendra Modi and Rahul Gandhi as third on the list.
 
 
The comedian list was topped by Ashish Chanchlani. Vir Das and Kunal Kamra follow at number two and three respectively. 
 
 
Twitteet's data and analytics are resultant of the methodology. The methodology defines the data, running analytics on the same data, creates engagement and ranking information.
