Omnicom consolidates DDB Mudra Group's media business under OMD

Rebranded OMD MudraMax, new entity will be led by DDB MudraMax president and head NP Sathyamurthy

Omnicom consolidates DDB Mudra Group's media business under OMD
Omnicom has consolidated the media business under DDB Mudra Group, MudraMax, under the OMD brand. The agency will now be called OMD MudraMax, and will house the TV, print, radio, cinema and digital businesses of MudraMax, informed an official statement. 
 
DDB MudraMax businesses not covered under the move are OOH, retail and experiential.
 
OMD MudraMax will be headed by NP Sathyamurthy, president and head of DDB Mudramax, and ED at DDB Mudra Group.
 
The statement added that the consolidation would lead to operational synergies.
