Publicis Groupe hands Rajdeepak Das wider mandate
Publicis Groupe has announced an elevated role for Rajdeepak Das. Das, who is currently chief creative officer and CEO, Leo Burnett, SouthAsia, India and chairperson, creative council, Publicis Groupe - South Asia, has been appointed as chief creative officer, Publicis Groupe South Asia and chairperson Leo Burnett, South Asia.
 
These are newly created roles. According to a statement from Publicis Groupe, his mandate is to transform the creative agenda through the alchemy of technology and data for transformation of client businesses. 
 
Anupriya Acharya, South Asia CEO, Publicis Groupe, said, “I have really enjoyed working with Raj as his ideas and creativity continue to fuel both business impact and accolades. His quest for world-changing brand ideas is truly remarkable. Das had joined Leo Burnett in 2014 from BBDO. He has also worked with Contract Advertising and Enterprise Nexus.
