Moves after over four years with the organisation

Rubeena Singh quits iProspect, Vinod Thadani to join as CEO
Rubeena Singh has stepped down as CEO of Dentsu's iProspect. 
 
She was given a new role earlier in march, when iProspect was globally rechristened as a new digital-first media agency. 
 
Singh will be replaced by Vinod Thadani, who joins as CEO of iProspect and chief digital growth officer at the Dentsu Media Group. Singh joined the company in December 2016, handling its sales, marketing, operations, strategy, planning and P&L for four years. 
 
Prior to joining iProspect, Singh was COO at Moneycontrol.com. She has also worked across companies like Forbes India, CNBC TV18, CNBC Awaaz, IBN 7 and IBN Lokmat. 
 
Thadani quit his role as chief digital officer, Mindshare - South Asia early this year. He will report to Divya Karani, CEO - Media South Asia.
 
Karani said, “Vinod is a strategic addition to our future-forward business design. His values and commitment to innovation resonate with all that dentsu stands for. I am fully confident his exceptional and in-depth mastery of digital will help our clients’ business scale new frontiers.”
