Thirty per cent of 98-member jury women; final entry deadline extended to 12 August

Joining McCann Worldgroup’s Prasoon Joshi, who will chair the Music jury at the Spikes Asia Festival of Creativity 2016, will be four other jurors from India.
 
Medulla Healthcare Communications CCO Amit Akali will be part of the Healthcare jury, while Havas Media India MD Mohit Joshi will serve on the Media jury. Edelman’s national director (operations) and head of West Bhavna Jagtiani will judge the PR category, while Lisa D'Costa, producer, Paper Planes Pictures, will be on the Film Craft jury.
 
Terry Savage, chairman, Spikes Asia, said, “We’re delighted to announce the full jury line-up. Our selected jurors represent the best industry talent, across a spectrum of creativity disciplines, who will be tasked with determining the future path of creative communications.”
 
A statement from organisers said that of the 98 jurors this year, 30 per cent will be female.
 
The final entry deadline for the awards has been extended to 12 August 2016.
 
The Spikes Asia Festival of Creativity 2016 in Singapore will kick off on 21 September and culminate with the awards gala on 23 September.
