Sports on TV: DLF IPL, NBA, Barclays Premier League

There's a rise in temperature off and on the field this weekend as there's plenty of sporting action coming your way.It kicks off on early Saturday morning. First, there's the second day of the Australia v/s New Zealand test match that starts at 03:30 hrs live on SET MAX. On ESPN there's the NBA game between the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Chicago Bulls.

There's a rise in temperature off and on the field this weekend as there's plenty of sporting action coming your way.

It kicks off on early Saturday morning. First, there's the second day of the Australia v/s New Zealand test match that starts at 03:30 hrs live on SET MAX. On ESPN there's the NBA game between the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Chicago Bulls.

As it gets cooler in the evening, the action gets hotter with the DLF Indian Premier League. In the first game of the weekend, struggling Rajasthan Royals take on the Knight Riders at 16:00 hrs. In the second game of the evening, the in-form Mumbai Indians take on the Royal Challengers from Bengaluru. On Sunday, Cuttack will get its first taste of IPL action when the Deccan Chargers play the Delhi Daredevils. In the last game of the weekend, Chennai will host the Kings XI from Punjab. This one's live from 20:00 hrs onwards. All the games are live on SET MAX.

Further, there's a full round of Barclays Premier League fixtures too. It all begins on Saturday evening with Aston Villa playing hosts to Wolverhampton Wanderers at 18:30 hrs. Then there's the London derby in the late kick-off at 22:55; Arsenal host West Ham.

The big game this weekend features the age old rivals; Manchester United and Liverpool. Liverpool will try to dent their rivals title hopes with a victory, which could help them go a long way in sealing Champions League football. Catch all the tackles flying in between the two giants of English football starting at 18:55 hrs on Sunday. The last game this weekend features Chelsea travelling to Blackburn after their disappointing loss to Inter Milan in the Champions League. This one kicks off at 21:25. All the premier league games are live on ESPN.
