Top level changes at Britannia; Berry on board to head marketing and sales

In a slew of changes, Britannia has elevated Neeraj Chandra to the position of vice president of strategy and new business development. Prior to this, Chandra was COO and VP of marketing, sales and innovation.

Varun Berry comes in to take Chandra's role. Berry, who left Pepsico in February 2012, joins the company with close to 27 years of work experience. He has also worked with Hindustan Unilever.

The company has also elevated Vinod Menon to the position of  VP and CFO effective 1 February 2013. Menon replaces Raju Thomas, who will relinquish his post on 31 January 2013. Menon has been with Britannia since 1993. He is currently serving as vice president and head of strategy, new business development.
