Usha ropes in Jayati Singh as VP-marketing for two categories
Usha International has announced the appointment of Jayati Singh as vice president, marketing for its cooking appliances and sewing machines portfolio. This is the first time the company has hired a marketing head for these two categories. She will report to Krishna Shriram, CMO, Usha International.
  
She joins the company from Philips where she was marketing director and business head for the 'health and wellness' and 'air' categories. She has also worked with ABN Amro and P&G.
 
Usha also operates in the home appliances, drinking water solutions, kitchen appliances, fans, electric water pumps and agri business.
