Havas Media goes #TenonTen
Havas Media Group completed 10 years of operations in India on 10 August 2016. To celebrate this, it rolled out a #HavasTenOnTen initiative for its 400-member team spread across headquarters Gurgaon, Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Kolkata and Hyderabad. A finale followed 10 days later, in Agra, where the teams converged. Employees engaged with co-workers and clients through a series of activities during the initiative.
Electric Daisy Carnival comes to India
Insomniac and OML have partnered with Budweiser to bring Electric Daisy Carnival, an electronic music festival, to India. The festival will be hosted on 12 and 13 November in New Delhi. EDC began as a one-day festival in Los Angeles in 1996. It has added shows across the US, and in Mexico, UK and Brazil since.
Skore signs on Bravo, Gayle
Skore Condoms has announced West Indian cricketers Dwayne Bravo and Chris Gayle as its brand ambassadors. As a part of the association, the players will re-create Bravo’s famous ‘Champion’ song for the Indian audience, amongst other activities. Women from across the country have been invited to share their unique dance moves on Twitter over two weeks. The videos will be evaluated to select winners to feature in the Indian Champion video with Bravo and Gayle. The new video is expected to release in September 2016.
Naughtyme.in ropes in Poonam Pandey
Adult Lifestyle products portal Naughtyme.in has signed on model and actor Poonam Pandey as its brand ambassador. Naughtyme, which promises to keep its delivery process discreet, began operations six months ago. According to the company, 1,000 transactions have been completed.

Consumer electronics player LeEco has roped in iCubeswire to handle its digital communication in India. The agency will had previously worked with the mobile handset and TV brand's pre-launch campaign.
Suzuki celebrates Hayabusa Day
Suzuki Motorcycle India celebrated ‘Hayabusa Day’ on 21 August across Delhi, Pune, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Bhubaneswar and Hyderabad. ‘Hayabusa Day’ is observed in Japan on 23 August, with Hayabusa owners celebrating the Suzuki GSX1300R. This was the first time the day was celebrated to India.
adidas to partner Reliance Foundation Youth Sports
adidas has inked a partnership with Reliance Foundation Youth Sports (RFYS) to be part of its school and college competitions. The first tournament kicks off on 27 August. In its inaugural year, the competition will be played in eight cities – Guwahati, Kochi, Chennai, Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune and Goa. The tournament aims to reach out to more than 2,000 teams and 40,000 children.
Jack Daniel’s celebrates 150th anniversary
Jack Daniel’s celebrated the Mumbai leg of its global 'Barrel Hunt' on 21 August. Mumbai is one of the 150 cities chosen for the Jack Daniel’s Barrel Hunt on the occasion of it turning 150. From July to September, 150 handcrafted whiskey barrels are hidden in various regions across the globe at historic and cultural sites. The first Barrel Hunt took place at the home of the distillery in Lynchburg on 1 July. The activity will be taken to over 50 countries in 90 days.
Black White Orange gets Paramount merchandise
Black White Orange has been appointed as the merchandise licensing representative for Paramount Licensing Inc. in India. Black White Orange will manage and represent Paramount Pictures’ portfolio, including franchises such as The Godfather, Breakfast at Tiffany’s, Grease, Top Gun and upcoming releases like Baywatch and XXX. As the licensing agency, Black White Orange will play the role of establishing, growing and expanding the consumer products business of Paramount Pictures in India, informed an official statement.
